For any new markers (headstones or monuments) placed at Highland Cemetery, a setting permit of $50 to $100 must be paid prior to setting. There is no setting permit due for flush markers (markers level with the grass). Additional fees may apply.  An administrative recording fee of $60 is also due for all deed recordings, recording for memorial purposes, and record-keeping of a deceased person not buried at the cemetery.

Burial charges are paid at the time of death and cannot be paid in advance.
