Mechanical and Plumbing Contractor all contractors must employ a full-time master as a qualifying individual for the license.  The fee for a new license is $300.00 and a renewal is $75.00.

 

Mechanical and Plumbing Master all individuals must show proof of five (5) years of experience as a licensed journeyman or nine (9) years of total experience.  The fee for a new license is $75.00 and a renewal is $37.50.

 

Mechanical and Plumbing Journeyman all individuals must show proof of four (4) years of experience.  The fee for a new license is $25.00 and a renewal is $15.00.

 

Mechanical and Plumbing Apprentice all individuals must be employed by a license contractor.  The fee for a new license is $3.00 and a renewal is $3.00.

 

High Pressure Boiler Operator all individuals must show two (2) years experience.  The fee for a new license is $20.00 and a renewal is $10.00.

 

Low Pressure Boiler Operator all individuals must show three (3) months experience.  The fee for a new license is $10.00 and a renewal is $5.00.

 

Utility Contractor  The fee for a new license is $150.00 and a renewal is $75.00.

 

Utility Installer all individuals must show one (1) year of experience.  The fee for a new license is $25.00 and a renewal is $15.00.

 

Gas Fitter  The fee for a new license is $10.00 and a renewal is $5.00.

 

Mobile Home Contractor  The fee for a new license is $150.00 and a renewal is $75.00

 

Mobile Home Installer   The fee for a new license is $15.00 and a renewal is $15.00.

 

Water Treatment Contractor   The fee for a new license is $150.00 and a renewal is $75.00.

Applications are required to be completed and returned to the City of Casper's Community Development Department.  All individual applications must be approved by the department before testing is permitted or submittal of written proof of having passed approved test from another jurisdiction.  Individuals must have a score of 75% or greater for a passing grade.
