Go paperless.
Your bill could have been an email (or text).
To sign up for paperless billing, log in to your account and check the green Paperless button, then select whether you'd like email, text or both notifications. That's it. That's all you have to do for less mail, fewer paper piles and more trees. To access the landfill, you can print your bill.

Card payments are assessed an additional fee; bank auto withdrawals are free.
Beginning in Jan. 2023, the City of Casper will no longer absorb credit card fees for all utility payments made using either credit or debit cards. Citizens who pay monthly utility bills with any form of card payment will be charged a minimum of $2 or 3.25% of their total bill - whichever amount is greater. All fees and rates are determined by credit card companies, and this charge expressly covers the cost of paying with cards; the City does not profit in any way. Automatic "EasyPay" bank withdrawals remain free to all City customers. Sign up here.
